Telogen effluvium - This is a condition in which hair falls out after a stressful experience, and most of the time easily reversible.

Anagen effluvium -  This is an abnormal loss of hair during the first phase of the hair's growth cycle. Most of the time, it's caused by drugs used for chemo therapies or exposure to certain toxic chemicals. And hair growth usually starts again once you eliminate the exposure.

De-stress Yourself - It is advisable to de-stress yourself by practicing meditation. Meditation and yoga not only lowers stress, but also improves hormonal balance and reduces hair fallout.

DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) is responsible for hair loss in some males, and blocking DHT may reverse hair loss. Saw palmetto, Biotin, Pygeum, Pygeum Africanum and Nettle Vertica Dioica can reverse hair loss.

  • Try to avoid using too many hair products.
