All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by FEBRON Customer Service Representative within 30 days of date received by the customer. All product (s) must be returned before the 30 days of your purchased to our returned department.
We do not accept returns in the following reasons:
A) Brushes that have been used/Shampoo/Conditioner are not refundable
B) Items without the original case or package
C) Items, which has been adjusted or cleaned by customer.
D) Item that has been soiled or damaged by the Customer.
