- One opened unit per product may qualify for a refund.
- Additional units must be unopened and returned if a refund is requested.

Free Sample Exception
Free sample trials are not eligible for refunds because customers only pay the shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Canada Exchanges
For Canada orders, Febron may offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery, especially if you need help choosing a better shade.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team first so we can provide the correct exchange instructions. Do not send products back without contacting us first.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to Canada exchanges. This includes the cost to ship the original product back to Febron and the cost to ship the replacement product from Febron to Canada.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier fees charged by Canada or the shipping carrier are the customer’s responsibility.
Products sent back for exchange must be approved by our support team. Febron reserves the right to limit or deny exchanges in cases of excessive requests, abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Returns
